Wilson's disease is a rare genetic disorder that causes copper to build up in the body. This overload is initially localized in the liver and the brain, but can spread throughout the body and cause systemic damage if copper chelation or zinc salt therapy is not implemented quickly. Treatment should be taken daily and continued all the lifelong. Patients usually have a follow-up (clinical examination, ultrasound of the liver, blood and urine samples) every six months in the maintenance phase of the disease and more frequently in the event of destabilization of the disease which requires adaptation of the doses of treatment or when initiating treatment. Some patients also benefit from regular psychological follow-up and patients with a disabling neurological form may have physiotherapy, and speech therapy. The Covid 19 pandemic has imposed the lockdown of the entire population, including patients with Wilson's disease. The non-urgent care of these patients was therefore suspended. Medical consultations and paramedical care (physiotherapy, speech therapy, psychologist, etc.) have been postponed. Only very urgent hospitalizations in the event of imbalance of their illness with life-threatening risk were maintained. Wilson's disease patients could in this situation be particularly anxious and present disturbances of their quality of life. The psychiatric consequences could not be limited to the current period but also concern long-term patients, in particular if there is a worsening of the disease. The consequences of inactivity and the end of specific treatments (physiotherapy and speech therapy) could also be sources of aggravation. The behavioral and cognitive characteristics of the disease and the major difficulties in adherence to treatment already observed in this chronic disease, may suggest a repercussion of the pandemic in this population. The consequences of the COVID pandemic in these fragile patients with a rare disease must be assessed. It will be important to look at the consequences of the lockdown on the adherence to treatment and on the course of the disease.

Factors underlying distress and resilience are unknown and there are no evidence based interventions to impact the mental wellbeing of frontline healthcare workers. This study will evaluate a novel virtual reality platform to gather the "distress experience" of frontline healthcare workers at Unity Health Toronto in real time during the ongoing COVID pandemic by developing and showing feasibility of digital technology (Virtual Reality (VR) and mobile app) as a digital platform to understand the causes and ultimately reduce the moral distress of healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the aging of today's population, stroke is the top three causes of disability and death among people over the age of 60 in the world. About 5.5 million people die each year from strokes in Taiwan, and Taiwan's top ten causes of death in cerebrovascular disease rank fourth in the world. Constipation is the most common complication of stroke patients and increases the risk of brain damage and re-stroke. Although the clinical use of drugs can relieve intestinal symptoms, there is also a risk of potential side effects. The systematic literature points out that the use of acupoint stimulation can improve spontaneous bowel movements and promote bowel motility, but there is no conclusion on effective acupuncture points. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve the constipation of patients with stroke by non-invasive and precise acupoint care. This study used a single-blind randomized control trial. The neurosurgery ward of a medical center in the north was used as the research site, and patients with ischemic stroke were used as the research objects. Co-Sér: Serological Analysis and Viral Neutralization in People With a Documented COVID-19 Infection
In light of the current coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the investigators want to better study the immunological characteristics of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) infections in adults. The investigators invite volunteers to participate in a clinical study to better understand what happens after an infection with SARS-CoV2. By collecting and analysing blood samples of people that were infected, the investigators want to evaluate whether or not the participants had an adaptive immune response with the producting of immunoglobulin. The investigators will evaluate the quality of the antibodies and their neutralising capacity. In a selected patient group with strong antibody response, the investigators will try to reproduce them in the lab after the collection of a larger blood sample (max 72 mL) of, in case of insufficient B-cells, a leucapheresis (after consent of the patient). These antibodies can be used in clinical trials to evaluate whether the investigators can cure patients faster or prevent disease by the utilisation of these antibodies. Aside from the aforementioned information the investigators will also collect clinical data such as: demographic information, medical history, routine lab results, radiographic imaging and medication use. After the completion of the study, the samples will be stored for 30 years with consent of the participants.

The aim of the study is to examine the effects of myofascial relaxation technique applied with the telerehabilitation method on pain level, anxiety, depression, sleep, fatigue and kinesiophobia in healthcare workers with and without COVID-19 infection with pain.

Aerobic Versus Anaerobic Exercise on Immune Functions and Disease Severity in Patients With COVID-19
Participants were assigned randomly into two groups, aerobic exercise and resistance exercise groups. All participants in both groups followed the WHO guidelines of quarantine and used standardized medications given by the physician according to the Turkish Ministry of Health guidelines, including the Hydroxyclorocin Sulphate 200 Mg Film Tablet (Plaquenil 200 Mg Film Tablet). The dose was 2 times/ day, 200Mg/time, for 5 days. Besides, the aerobic exercise group performed moderate-intensity aerobic exercises for 40 min/ 3 sessions/week, 40 minute/session, and the resistance exercise groups 40 min/ 3 sessions/week, 40 minute/session.
