The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and resulting COVID-19 disease causes a substantial burden on healthcare systems. Little is known about how the infection spreads within healthcare. In order to design control strategies, knowledge of the presence of viral nucleic acid and whether an immune response to the virus has been mounted is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine whether personnel and patients/clients in healthcare in Region Stockholm have a currrent SARS-CoV-2 infection or have had an infection. This information will be used to understand how the infection spreads in healthcare, to explore the association with sick-leave among personnel, and to plan high-quality and safe care. This is a prospective, phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, parallel group study to assess the safety and efficacy of CSL312 administered intravenously, in combination with standard of care (SOC) treatment, in patients with Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19)
Maimonides Medical Center
This study is a prospective randomized controlled, double blind clinical trial performed on laboratory confirmed COVID-19 infection admitted patients in the Shamir Medical Center. The trial will include 30 patients who will undergo either hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) or Normobaric oxygen therapy (NBOT), randomized on a 2:1 ratio, within 4 days in addition to the standard treatment including oxygen, drugs, steroids, bronchodilators, antibiotics and others. The evaluation procedure includes symptom monitoring, room air saturation, vital signs monitoring, pulmonary function and blood tests at baseline, one day and one week after the last session. In addition, one hour prior to and post session saturation and vitals will be monitored.
IRCCS San Raffaele
To evaluate by intravascular OCT study the presence of microvascular pulmonary thrombosis in patients with COVID-19, high D-dimer levels and contrast CT scan negative for pulmonary thrombosis. We'll also evaluate the extension of microvascular pulmonary thrombosis in patients with contrast CT scan positive for pulmonary embolism in areas where contrast CT scan was negative.

This is a phase Ⅱ, single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of the recombinant COVID-19 vaccine (Sf9 cells) in the subjects from healthy adults and elderly adults aged 18 years and above (aged 18-60 and 60-85 years) with different immunization procedures (0, 21 days and 0, 14, 28 days) and doses (20μg/40μg).

CSL760 is a human hyperimmune product of the purified gamma immunoglobulin (IgG) fraction of human plasma containing polyvalent neutralizing antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2). CSL is evaluating CSL760 as a passive immunotherapy for COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019).

Follow-up of patients with a borderline PCR result. Data of patients that were re-tested within 96 hours after receiving a borderline COVID-19 PCR result are reviewed. This is a retrospective study.

The aim of this study is to assess the prevalence and arrhythmogenic role of occult myocardial scars on Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) in a population of patients with history of laboratory-proven symptomatic COVID-19 infection managed without hospitalization, as compared to a population of age- and sex-matched healthy volunteers.

This is the first-in-human phase 1/2a trial of the intravenous administration of the SARS-CoV-2-neutralizing monoclonal antibody DZIF-10c in healthy volunteers and SARS-CoV-2-infected individuals. It will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic profile, immunogenicity, and antiviral activity of DZIF-10c.
